A refusal is disappointing. Before starting another application, read the reasons and consider what would be different this time.
Start with the original file
Keep the refusal letter with a copy of the application you submitted. Compare the concerns with the evidence that was provided. The useful question is what addresses those concerns, not just how quickly you can submit again.
Has anything changed?
IRCC says applying again with the same information is unlikely to change the decision, even if you hire a representative. Changed circumstances or relevant additional evidence may matter, but approval still cannot be guaranteed.
Choose the next step carefully
Identify what accurate new information is available. Do not hide a previous refusal or create evidence to make the file look stronger. If you are considering options other than a new application, seek advice promptly about your circumstances and any applicable deadlines. Take the time to understand the decision before deciding how to respond.
